Someone who is trained in this field will be able to properly measure your feet and determine where the trouble areas are. When you find the right one they will be able to handle most of your foot related problems.

Once you have determined that you need prescription orthotics and start using them you will notice a huge difference in you personal comfort. If the pan persist you may need have them adjusted.
